Coherence is key!
We'll be practicing with awareness, developing new inner-awareness and looking to find logic and comfort for ourselves, two things that sometimes get lost in all the information from taking hundreds of classes.
This workshop is about streamlining your understanding and use of the body.
If you're ever confused about where the best place is to put your weight, how to align your axis and all that... here you are free to ask your questions and clear up confusions.
We will also discuss different styles.
Workshops are designed to allow students the opportunity to investigate and study important aspects of tango intensively.
